Phase One: Needs Analysis

One of our Staffing professionals will discuss your ongoing project needs to ascertain from you:

1. Job Requirements

We work with you to make sure that we have a clear understanding of the specific skills required to get the job done right.

2. Job Description

Working either in collaboration with your hiring manager, or provided by you, we ensure that an accurate job description is created.

3. Your Onboarding Process

A member of our team will work with your staff to ensure that we follow your preferred onboarding procedures.

Phase Two: Candidate Screening and Submission

Once we have a clear understanding of your needs we:

1. Interview Candidates

our staffing specialists will conduct an onsite interview with the candidates to ensure that they can follow direction, present themselves in a professional manner, and discuss their resumes with them.

2. Testing

Depending on the position, we have developed tests to ensure that candidates have the knowledge and skills necessary to assist in your enterprise. We can either use our tests, or administer your tests, at your direction.

3. Reference Checks

Our staff will obtain permission from the candidates to follow up with references that were provided.

4. Background Check

We will conduct a background check on the candidate to ensure that they are a safe fit for your organization

5. Your Personalized Candidate Reports

LT Global Staffing, Inc. will provide you with a report detailing:

  • The results of their skills test

6. You Interview the candidates

After we have vetted the candidates, they are sent to interview with a member of your staff on site.

7. Drug Testing

Should you wish to hire a candidate, LT Global Staffing, Inc. will conduct a drug test to ensure that your candidate is drug free.
