Input notes and set up databases for company clientele. Make reservations and schedule appointments as needed. Assist with planning and organizing meetings, interviews, maintain calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings, and events. Assist with candidate sourcing and reformat all incoming Resumes. Maintain company website by posting jobs on Job board. Maintain orderly filing procedures for all client and applicant files.
